Fees and Funding

Full costs are recovered on virtually all undisputed legal claims.  Provided the lease allows, all straightforward ground rent, service charge and insurance arrears cases are recovered from the defaulting lessee.  Disbursements are funded pending recovery.

For any other type of legal representation we have a number of fee arrangements, including fixed fees for our Real Estate team’s services.
