Investors in People: Silver Award

Investors in People is the internationally recognised standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results.

Following a rigorous assessment late last year, our accreditation was upgraded from Bronze to Silver. This level is achieved by just 10% of IIP organisations in the UK, and provides a framework for constant improvement in terms of support, development and management.

We are proud of this award and feel that it provides fitting external recognition of the environment and culture to which all staff have contributed.
