Nina deals with litigated service charge and forfeiture matters, along with First-tier Tribunal matters and actions such as injunctions, s.20 Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 consultation dispensation applications and service charge reasonableness and liability claims. Her role involves drafting, advising landlord and management company clients and liaising with relevant parties including the Court and Tribunal.
