Lucy has extensive experience of both client management and an in depth expertise of our services, developed over many years as a key member of the JB Leitch team. Lucy's role within our busy service charge and ground rent client relationship team, draws upon this experience, bringing considerable knowledge to liaising with key clients, understanding their operational requirements and administering the appropriate processes to ensure timely resolution.

During our long relationship, JB Leitch has become part of our core team. Their Landlord and Tenant advice is authoritative and clear, and they understand our sector inside out.
