Jess Hunter
As a process administrator Jess sets up instructions from various clients within agreed timescales, the files are then passed on to other departments in the company for them to work on.
Jess also assists with general office tasks to support the efficient running of the department.
Daily tasks include obtaining any necessary documents for setting up the cases such as land registry documents and documents from client systems. Jess then inputs the information from these documents into the system accurately before the files are imported into our systems for other teams to view and work on.
