Hannah deals with a wide selection of property litigation matters at various stages of their legal process.
Hannah predominantly deals with defended/disputed claims relating to arrears of service charge and ground rent allocated to the small claims track. Hannah’s caseload largely comprises of cases relating to service charge and ground rent arrears which are disputed and carries cases throughout their small claims directions through to trial.
Enforcement is also a key responsibility of Hannah’s role as she is well acquainted with the process of applying for charging orders under CPR Part 73 and instructing the High Court Enforcement under CPR Part 84.
Hannah's role also includes advising Landlord and Management Company clients as to their liabilities and obligations primarily relating to service charges and the prospect of success of their potential claim.
